The House of Kolor C2C-KBC01 Brandywine Kandy Shimrin Basecoat is a solvent-based system that is Coast-2-Coast compliant and meets all low VOC regulatory limits. It is a mixture of Kandy and select pearls into a Shimrin base coat that is designed for Kustom painting. This system provides extreme clarity, depth, and a kandy-like appearance.
