Steven Brewer
President & CEO
Steven has been with Morgan since 2013 in various capacities with his most recent post having changed from Chief Operating Officer to President and CEO in June 2025. His strong leadership skills are accompanied by a sharp analytical skillset that yields extremely efficient and valuable decision making that benefits not only customers, but also staff and vendors of Morgan. Having worked prior in the financial investment field, Steven leads with profitability in mind for all involved and having been mentored by former and now retired President, Perry Morgan, he is equipped to lead Morgan into the AI era of digital business to compliment the highly regarded personal service philosophy held onto since the inception of Morgan Distribution in 1928.
Chris Morgan
Executive Vice President & CFO
Chris joined Morgan in 2001 and is responsible for all accounting departments, and strategic planning of operations. Having a degree in Business Administration, she has helped shape the landscape of operations over the years alongside her husband and owner, Perry Morgan. Working closely with various department leaders, she also oversees several H.R. initiatives and helps set policy for all administrative roles in the corporate operations.
Terry Reed
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Morgan Sales, Terry worked several years managing a territory and over 30 years in the refinish industry prior to joining the company. A very 'hands-on' leader who understands the challenges and opportunities faced at the jobber and paint shop level, he has quickly established himself as a respected source of knowledge and expertise for his team and all customers of Morgan. Working alongside former Morgan and now retired salesman, Gordie Hoeft, for multiple years allowed Terry a chance to fully immerse himself in the Morgan way which continues to be through personal service and consulting the customer on the best products and processes to drive profit and customer satisfaction.
Patrick Hess
Chief Marketing Officer

Joining the Morgan team in January 2025, Patrick spent the prior 39 years in Sales, Marketing and Technology as owner of Day 6 Agency (est. 1999) and working with Tier 3 vendors from 1986-1999 to Detroit's Big-3 (GM, Ford, and Chrysler). He built a successful marketing agency after more than a decade of international travel and business in 27 different countries where he learned the insights of niche marketing to multiple cultures. As a pioneer in the early eCommerce days in the late 1990's, he helped innovate warehouse fulfillment integration during the dot-com rush and has been published in trade and educational periodicals.
