Prepaid Shipping Policy

• Please place UPS Ground orders by 4:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday for same day shipment
• Prepaid orders will have the following value and weight limitations:

• All hazardous materials surcharges, if applicable, will be added to orders per required UPS Ground package guidelines.
• All orders will be shipped on our regular delivery schedule unless same day shipment is requested
• Expedited shipments ( air freight and drop ships from the manufacturer, etc.) will have incurred freight charges added
• We reserve the right to accept, negotiate or reject any order or shipment

• The following categories of products will not be included in the UPS Ground freight minimum. All freight charges for these items will be added to the invoice:

Claims

• All claims for shortages or damaged products must be reported to Morgan Distribution, Incorporated within 24 hours
• Claims for orders shipped via common carrier/UPS should be handled directly with the freight company

 

Drop Ships

Orders will be placed with the manufacturer within a 24 hour period.
