House of Kolor PBC-35 is a universal base coat called Shimrin® Designer Pearls (PBC). It can be used as a final finish or as a base coat for other pearls. PBC can be top coated with urethane enamel or acrylic lacquer. 
PBC can be cleared for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys or other pearls. It can be intermixed with other Shimrins, including Neons, Graphic Kolors, and FB or FBC Metallic Basecoats. 
PBC can flash for a maximum of 4 hours or 30 minutes before applying.
