House of Kolor's C2C-PBC32 is a Tangelo Pearl Basecoat that uses organic pigments. It is a universal base coat that can be used as a final finish or as a base coat. All KBC and C2C Kandy Basecoats are translucent, so it is important to ground coat the vehicle or substrate with one even House of Kolor Basecoat color.
