The House of Kolor PBC42 Platinum Designer Pearl Basecoat is a universal basecoat that can be cleared for a final finish or used as a basecoat for Kandys or other pearls. It can be intermixed with other Shimrins, including the Neons, Graphic Kolors, and FB or FBC Metallic Basecoats. It has a clean flip from all angles and crisp clean pearls from any angle. It is VOC compliant.
