House of Kolor's UK12 Pagan Gold Urethane Kandy is a collection of 18 kandy kolors. It can be applied over any House of Kolor Shimrin Universal Base Coats, but only with Kosmic Reducers. The mix ratio is 2 parts UK, 1 part KU100 catalyst, and 1 part kosmic reducer.
