UK13 is part of the Kosmic Kolor Urethane Enamel Kandies collection, which has 18 kandy kolors.
UK13 can be sprayed over a variety of Shimrins bases, including Neons Graphic Kolors Kandy Basecoats, Designer Pearls, and many flakes.
Kosmic Reducers should only be used.
UK products, such as UK13, have a tendency to bleed.
House of Kolor recommends using House of Kolor Ko-Seal II, which is available in three colors.
When mixing candy concentrate, the ratio is 4:1:2 for low solids and 4:1:1 for medium solids.
Two to three coats of topcoat clear should be applied to allow the candy enough time to stop "stringing".
