Binder for the 860 Series Urethane Topcoat, a premium, two-component polyurethane topcoat formulated to provide the ultimate in performance, gloss and color retention, and durability, as well as superior productivity. The 860 topcoat provides medium build and high gloss when used with HPC hardeners.
