House of Kolor's S2-13 Shimrin2 Velocity Violet FX Karrier Basecoat S213 is part of the Shimrin2 paint system. The Shimrin2 paint system includes a color-shifting technology called Kameleon FX. Kameleon FX packs contain pearls that are tightly controlled in thickness and create a hard-hitting shift in color. When applied in layers over black paint, the Kameleon FX packs create clean effects.
